After bio–polishing finishing treatment, fluff on fabric yarn is fully removed off, fabric present smooth, luster & soft effect.
Features:
  • Continuous fabric slacked on 3-layer conveyor chamber. Fabric comes from bottom to up, and passes through one pair of screw expanding rollers kneading on its weft side and one quadrangle beating roller on each layer.
  • After 3 times repeatedly turns over, kneads and beats, fabric transferred into 2 or 3 sets of efficiency shower washing modules. One is for enzyme high temperature elimination and another two for rinsing and cleaning. Washing modules specification is also optional for clients.
